1/4 Cup Green Pepper (Minced) 1/4 Cup Onion (Minced) 1/4 Cup Tomato (Minced) 1 Small Can of Chili's 2 Tbsp of Butter 6-8 Eggs 1/4 Cup Salsa 1/4 Cup Sour Cream 1 Ripe Sliced Avocado 4 Ezekial Wraps

Saute green pepper, onion, tomato and chili's in butter over medium heat. Scramble eggs and add to vegetables. Cook to desired doneness. Spoon egg and vegetable mixture on to wraps. Add salsa, sour cream and avocado slices to taste and wrap up.
Makes 4 burritos. |
